Elden Henson and Willow Shields visit the Hunger Games exhibit
Taken from the Periscope, sorry for weird audio, though a lot of the video jumps were in the original periscope broadcast so blame them.

Downton Abbey Season 1 Deleted Scenes
The whole country owes so much to him yet he was railroaded by the legal system. There is no way to undo the wrongs done to him but at least he is being recognized and appreciated now for his service.
My grandfather said the FBI of this era was the most racist, sexist, and homophobic organization he'd ever worked for. He was a cryptographer in WW2 and his hero was Alan Turing. He never forgave the US Government for our part in Turing's misery. He said "The world owes Alan Turing everything, but firstly it owes him an apology." My grandfather passed a few years ago at 94, and spoke of Turing very often.
this was in great britain not united states
The Apple Logo - A rainbow coloured half-eaten apple. Makes sense now? 2024
Part of UK's eternal shame.
Brother from another mother. Sister from anouther mister.
Dr. Clarkson was wrong about many things.
I love Baxter and was so glad O'Brian fled. It was like having two Thomases at Downton when she was there.
Edith was in love with him and he was in love with him. I'm so happy she got Marrigold and Bertie back. She is a lovely sweet character.
Mrs Reid's behaviour was abominable. 😠
"Better a broken heart than a broken neck." They loved each other so much. 😢
I gasped out loud when the door was being closed by Ethel. 😮
Sybill loved him and married him. She had Tom's baby, and still Lordy is calling him Branston. 😠 Tom's right when he says Lordy cannot understand why there's a chauffeur at his table. 😠
Bates and Carson know what a petty and jealous man Thomas is.
Daisy didn’t have to mention that William was her husband; the fact that she does is such a heartbreaking indicator that she did grow to love him but only after it was too late. She doesn’t remember him as “just a friend” anymore.
Daisy as an egotistical, selfish manipulator, was played to perfection.
Lord Gillingham's real name is Foyle? So does that mean "Gillingham" comes from his viscountcy? But Lord Grantham and the Dowager both called him "Tony Gillingham." Is that normal, for Peers talking about other Peers?
Germans don't understand the so british sacarstic sense of humor
A night away from the shadows...
Maravilloso, saludos de Venezuela 🇻🇪
My goodness marry was rather bitchy about Tom and Sybil
Both these scenes should have been left in they add so much more context
Nice to see a Carson/Hughes scene I've never seen before
This is not season 3
It's heartbreaking to know the story of Alan. The society treated him very badly.
why did he have to punch the police officer?
I presume to delay the policeman, so he could look like he was on the run from the policeman, without the policeman in tow, as the Foreign Office guy could have done a runner if approached by the uniformed policeman.
Did I miss an episode or has Lord Grantham never had a scene with George like the many he's had with Sybbie? You'd think he'd be all over a grandfather, heir relationship with him. Bad writing or oversight or other?
Maybe there was a scene but it got cut. In any case, I suppose Sybbie is the favourite because she’s Sybil’s child (and Sybil herself was the baby of the three sisters so everyone adored her too)
The scene with Anna and Mary lamenting the love they feel yet do not have (yet). They never asked me but that was a keeper in my book.
I don't care for Lily James as an actress at all. She was an abysmal choice as Cinderella in the Disney live action remake as well.
I wish they left the scenes with Edith and Robert in the series.
Watching Edna play the dark haired wife of a disturbed police officer in “The Responder “ series now is disconcerting.. I can’t help but instantly dislike her lol
I love the fact that by the final series Robert has HAPPILY accepted the title, even declaring himself to be Donk when he sees Sybie again.
Every time i seen scenes of the village of downton abbey and people who live in it it reminds me so much of the two small towns in which i grew up in the south of France. If it wasn't for the cars and clothes (although elderly people in those towns back then in the 1970s dressed pretty much like the people of Downton) i could swear i lived like people of the 1920s. This is insane how slowly and very little things had changed in over 50 years in those small town. Here is the first village i grew up in ua-cam.com/video/kDySFBT1EHE/v-deo.html here is the second ua-cam.com/video/aaug6SJDHVM/v-deo.html
Oh my God😳 Mrs Hughes to Mrs Patmore. Regarding the self raising flour. I am shocked
'do you want me to get naked now?' um YES PLEASE lol..is that a trick question? i definitely wish i had some irish in me!! ;D o(r that i could find this series online) thank you for posting! <3
Why do they always say “up to London” when they live in Yorkshire, and Yorkshire is north of London?
Exactly, it’s confusing when they say that. As far as I know, London and Yorkshire are two different cities. Yorkshire is not north of London.
We always went "up to London", even though we lived north of the city. It was just what people said.
Golly gumdrops, what a turn-up! My HIGH AMOUNT OF curiosity over Downton Abbey: A New Era wasn't exactly decreased by what Igor Kuragin told Rose at 1:52-2:05
Carson is such a hypocrite
I think the moseley baxter scène was there
I loved that scene from Daisy's lessons - Miss Bunting can be seen as a really good teacher.
Personally I think Daisy Lewis (Ms. Bunting) deserves her own show. Perhaps she can have a chance run in with Mr. Molesly. Or something like that.
I always defend Miss Bunting. She was a good teacher and she had her own ideas about things. I don’t think she was right to stir things up when she was an invited guest at dinner especially once she knew how much it irritated Lord Grantham. I didn’t think that was right but other than that, I’ve always thought she seemed like a nice person.
I really disliked Ms. Bunting. She seemed to enjoy making trouble and trying to put them down. She was arrogant and vain.
Miss Bunting is played by Daisy Lewis, who also plays Rose in From Time to Time - I couldn't place her, such different characters!
She was a pain in the dining room, but as a teacher, explaining to Daisy, she was great.@@maviskoon1509
I think Edith spoke the death nail to her wedding when making that awkward comment to her betrothed.
I’ve seen many of these. 🇺🇸
And I, I would have prefered MR. Branson right from the beginning, … just saying….
This is odd,I seem to remember a few of these deleted scenes! I live in America so I wonder if some were included or some removed. Can someone help me to understand any differences there may be between the UK version of the show and the American release,if any?
I had watched all the American version on PBS. Then I got the DVDs from the local library to watch and it seemed episodes were longer. Then I watched it on Prime. I definitely remember some of these deleted scenes on both the DVDs and Prime versions vs what I watched on PBS. So I think the UK version is longer.
I didn't understand the questions but I had to save it-come on,the two Tom's.I think Allen hits the nail on the head.He loves the family but still opposes them, but when it comes right down to it,facing oppression and arrest,he turns to his family because mad or not, they can and will save him.And I really think Tom grew to love more than hate the Granthams.
"Bye bye darlings" "Goodbye Donk" 😭🥺😍😂
Georgie and Sybbie are both cute.
I love Sybbie and George’s relationship. It is so adorable. My absolute favorite that I am so disappointed is not on UA-cam is when Tom and Sybbie come back from America. And George ran to Sybbie to hug her. You can see they grew up together as best friends.
9:31 Sigh...I just want to see that in the next DA movie..just Thomas having the time of his life with his lover alone, talking about his life, their future and how much he loves and appreciates him. Doesnt have to be marriage related..just give him a 6 min scene with a partner
Really cool scene however I'm glad it didn't make the final cut...
These scenes were seen in America. I've been watching the series again on Netflix, it's the British version and I notice some scenes are missing.
The scene with Edith and Lord Grantham was included in the American version, but it was a bit different. Edith didn't mention Mary, she just held hands with her father.
